extremely poor service, got problems with high ping to south africa, have logged multiple call with Harare, Chinhoyi, facebook ( just being ignored now) and calls just get closed with no resolution, if you have a choice of ISP, i suggest you stay as far away possible from telone, if you see them RUN in the other direction, have been struggling for 2 months and still nothing.
