I'm never going back nor referring anyone to this shop never!

Hello I bought an Nvr 16chnel for R6000.00 on the 7th june 2023 and I returned it on the 13th june 2023, when I got to the shop I was introduced to a lady named Marcia, and she accepted the device and told me it's okay she will call me for collection the device Im requesting which is Nvr 16chnl which is less than the amount of the nvr, I was happy and told her I'm thankful because they did not give me a hard time. Then she called me telling the nvr and the dvr prices are the same and I asked her how because in a certain shop it's R1900.00? And in your shop it's R2737.00 she said shewill get back to me. And days later Iater on the 23rd of june 2023 i wake up to texts and pictures on whatsapp telling me that I damaged the device and I'm not getting a refund. I was shocked because the device was given back to them in good condition, the pictures they send me looked like nothing I gave them. They are unprofessional and ****s because on the receipt they gave me there a technician space and Marcia wrote her name there and now they telling me the technician says I damaged the goods while I gave Marcia the product and she told me all is well. I have whatsapp msgs and the receipt has little information, they amount I paid is not reflecting, the description is not clear no terms and conditions information regarding my purchase. Please help me get my refund please. This shop is the worst!
