unhappy

i am not happy with Telmatrix i have canceled my agreement but now i am handed over don't understand why i handed over because i have canceled my contract after three years and which services are charging me on i am not happy at all i did get the email to confirm it is canceled but now my surprise getting calls to say i am handed over this is not acceptable .
