Poor service quality

I contracted Lesego Taule, owner of Tellusmor Research to do transcriptions of recordings for my PhD study. After I had paid her in full, I discovered that the transcriptions were of extremely poor standard and I politely asked her to revise, to which she agreed. However, weeks later she still had not submitted any revisions and asked me to find someone to do the revisions and she would pat for this. Her response is already problematic, I found people to do the revisions but now she has stopped responding to any of my communication (phonecalls, emails, whatsapp, even deleted me from Facebook).
