Tell Tales Books (Online)
Tell Tales books is an absolute rip-off and the staff are useless I requested to return a book as it was half the price on Takealot. My emails and smses were point blank ignored. When I tried to push the matter Jessica Tapee who works there told me (via email) that they cannot exchange my book (No reason given) and " ..to enjoy it" This is with their "GREAT" returns policy advertised. It has been a very long time that I have experienced this type "slap-gat" "dont give a darn" attitude. A total financial rip-off (Double the price of Takealot) and lacking ANY customer service. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, even months after this happened - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TELL TALES.
