I accidentally bought airtime with internet banking to a wrong number & I would like to reverse it.

I accidentally bought airtime to a wrong number & I would like to reverse it. On Saturday (04 April 2020) morning I called Telkom and an agent promised that once her team leader approves, it will be transferred to the correct number within 24 hours. On Monday (06 April 2020) a different agent said I should email her team leader my proof of purchase and it will be transferred within 24 hours. (Did you?) Tuesday a new agent said my cases was escalated but doesn't see the reasons, she decided to fill in a new case and while we were busy communicating and working on it for more than an hour she just hang up haphazardly. I Called her twice and she picked up in both occasions, once she heard my voice she hung up, 3rd call was picked up by a male person who was talking properly to me and willing to help with my cases. But as soon as I mentioned the problem he knew me already and just hung up.

Disappointed customers

You are incompetent and your agents are so rude . They seem to not know their product and they’ll be telling you different stories

Poor service

No rectification for service required since last month .till now I have been trying to get them to sort out my internet connection but seems like no one can help .it's far too long for service from a company that I put my trust in to make sure we get the help we need but noting .
