I accidentally bought airtime with internet banking to a wrong number & I would like to reverse it.
I accidentally bought airtime to a wrong number & I would like to reverse it.
On Saturday (04 April 2020) morning I called Telkom and an agent promised that once her team leader approves, it will be transferred to the correct number within 24 hours.
On Monday (06 April 2020) a different agent said I should email her team leader my proof of purchase and it will be transferred within 24 hours. (Did you?)
Tuesday a new agent said my cases was escalated but doesn't see the reasons, she decided to fill in a new case and while we were busy communicating and working on it for more than an hour she just hang up haphazardly.
I Called her twice and she picked up in both occasions, once she heard my voice she hung up, 3rd call was picked up by a male person who was talking properly to me and willing to help with my cases. But as soon as I mentioned the problem he knew me already and just hung up.

Telkom LTE 10MB - useless = never works
I have been struggling with Telkom for about 3 months now with regard to my LTE package they forced upon me, They cut my ADSL and forced me to take the 10MB LTE package. I never get any speed above 1MB and I log numerous faults, via mail, phone, chatting to agents online. Nothing resolves my issue. It will work for a few hours at most and then again the same story. Telkom bad service
We do have a 10 mg uncapped line, we have not received any contract at all, but we are being throttled on the 5th of every month, now, we have also changed our banking details and the date for the debit order to go off. When we phoned Telkom today, they told us that we are in arrears with more than R1200. So now I have to pay this today and on the 15th of April they will deduct another R1200 plus an additional R400 which they claim is an arrears amount. My bank gets debited every single month with the amount on the Invoice, so how the hell can I be in arrears.
Telkom is deducting money from Clients accounts which we are not aware off.
About 2 weeks ago, Telkom suspended my service for 3 days (and this over a weekend) due to non payment, but the fault was actually on their side as they never allocated the payment to my account. After the 7th call to Telkom, they confirmed that they can see that the payment has been made, but not allocated.
I demand that this be investigated and that the necessary or extra they took be refunded or credited to our account.
My advise to everyone thinking to go to Telkom, to rather stay away - they are not worth it.

80 gigs of data from Telkom ZA have suddenly vanished in 4 days. Working remotely completely disrupted by Telkom's unreliability and complete lack of customer support. Very difficult to have to rely on companies which charge for services that they do not deliver. @TelkomZA, please remedy this ASAP!

10210 unknowledgable agent
Yesterday I called in to 10210 (billing dept) after my services were suspended.I asked for payment information,the lady I spoke to said I can pay via EFT or their portal.After 5 hours I called back checking why my services were not reconnected,I only learnt that if I used portal payment was going to reflect immediately,meaning the 1st lady I spoke to FAILED to explain this to me.I was told it will take 78 hours for my payment to reflect.I said I cannot wait that long,I want email address to send proof of payment,I was told there's nothing which can be done because their system is automated and will switch back my service once it reflects.Today I called in asking for complaint email address because it is not my fault that I was not given full information and I desperately need my services reconnected for my child who is doing home schooling.The lady who assisted me gave me her email address to send proof of payment.
Later today I called back,the agent I spoke to told me there's nothing that can be done,they don't even have option to give clients to send proof of payment.I must just wait.I asked him what if it takes 2 weeks,He said IF it takes 2 weeks then I cam complain,now am not happy.Why am I punished for misinformation I was served with,even if the system is automated there is always human intervention.I want my services reconnected with Immediate effect because it is day 2 my child not attending classes

Telkom is an absolute rip off!!!
I've been experiencing problems with my telkom line since August 2019...I've signed up for a R99 10gig contract, however my account has been debited with R598 since December 2019... Which I'm not liable for, I have disputed the amount since then, I've wasted tones of airtime trying to resolve the ongoing issue with telkom & unfortunately to no avail!!! My line has been suspended once again & @ this crucial time of lockdowns too!!! @this point I am absolutely disgusted in telkom service & I'm not willing to be listed @ the credit bureau because of telkom incompetence!!! Any assistance regarding this matter would highly be appreciated.

Bad Telkom Service
Hello Mr Peter. Telkom really failed at keeping their client's happy. I called them last week Monday for a sim swap on one of my contract number and they promised to call me back and finalize the request but nothing. I followed up with them on Wednesday and they said matter has been escalated, on Friday I followed up again and nothing has been done, I have been dealing with a lady by a name of Simlindile and she hanged up on me today after she told me that the request is referred to here manager. Please help me to ge the request finalised, surely can't wait to end contract period and cancel this bad service from Telkom.

Vodacom just took our money we dont have another income over lockdown no salary! No income due to lockdown so we saved up money for end of this month so we can buy food and pay our debit orders. Tonight vodacom took R1875.95 they took double the money! We pay R937.99 every month why do they take double this month we are not in arrears why!!!! What are we going to do without money for food. They just took money for no reason.! Its lockdown time we have to save up to pay the bills, food , our medical aid and vodacom with no income! And in this time vodacom just takes double! The agreement is monthly not double the amount per month! Especially on lockdown time. How do they still do business. Cant wait for my vodacom contract to end so i can cancel and start fresh with MTN.

False advertising without all accessories advertised
In November 2019 signed up for a MacBook Air contract upgrade at Vodacom Shop Nonesi Mall in Queenstown. It was advertised as coming out with 10GB data + Huawei R218h Mobile Wi-Fi Router + Free Hyperdrive 4K HDMI 3-in-1 USB-C Hub valued at R999.
I only received the device 2 months later in January 2020. I only received the MacBook Air device and the Wi-Fi router only. To date i have not received the Free Hyperdrive 4k HDMI 3-in-1 USB-C hub. The people at the store had been sending me from pillar to post promising to have it delivered as soon as their senior management give them feedback.
This to me is an essential too that i need to use for my work and business presentations and i feel the i was double crossed with the false impression of the advert. This to me is dishonesty and false advertising by the store and the service provider. they should not have advertised a device with an extra hardware they knew they connot provide.

Online Contract Application Mess at Vodacom!
I applied for a Vodacom contract online on the 3rd of April and I was told to send a few documents to CADOnlineSales@Vodacom.co.za which I did. I then received an email from that email address saying that my contract had been approved and I received a reference number. I then called Vodacom on the 6th of April to get an update on the progress of my application. I spoke to three consultants who told me that the system was not showing my application and that I should just apply again. I follow their instruction and apply again! I then call Vodacom again and I get told that they still cannot see any applications. I then speak to a 4th consultant who informs me she can see that the application I made on the 3rd of April and that it has been approved but that the application has not been processed! Vodacom has given me the run around since the 3rd of April and I still have no confirmation regarding my phone order! The cad online system has told me twice that my application is approved but the consultants are not helping at all! I have not received any help from Vodacom regarding my contract application.

I was appalled to find out that Vodacom has given out my number to Rewardsco.com, in contravention of the Protection of Personal Information Act. I want to know how this could be allowed, and spare me the generic responses saved for mindless idiots. I want to know who gave permission for my number to be given to some two bit scammer company who works during the national lockdown and has way more oersonal information on me than I would have allowed them to have.

Some rocket scientist phoned me and claimed to be from Vodacom, and tried to reassure me by saying that I should not be afraid. That is like satan saying, come on trust me with your soul. So I allowed this obtuse person to continue only to hear the biggest load of KAK that could come from a Non-ANC member. He had no idea as to Vodacom's data prices, claimed that I pay in excess of R2 per voice call even though I get included minutes, and then had the audacity (or is it stupidity) to claim that me data will ONLY roll over once they upgrade my contract. How on earth does Vodacom do business with a company that does business like this with such uneducated people and all while lockdown is in effect!?

Vodacom has given me the run around since the 3rd of April and I still have no confirmation regarding my phone order! The cad online system has told me twice that my application is approved but the consultants are not helping at all! I have not received any help from Vodacom regarding my contract application.

Vodacom contravening the POPI act
I was appalled to find out that Vodacom has given out my number to Rewardsco.com, in contravention of the Protection of Personal Information Act. I want to know how this could be allowed, and spare me the generic responses saved for mindless idiots. I want to know who gave permission for my number to be given to some two bit scammer company who works during the national lockdown and has way more oersonal information on me than I would have allowed them to have.

Scammers for Vodacom
Some rocket scientist phoned me and claimed to be from Vodacom, and tried to reassure me by saying that I should not be afraid. That is like satan saying, come on trust me with your soul. So I allowed this obtuse person to continue only to hear the biggest load of KAK that could come from a Non-ANC member. He had no idea as to Vodacom's data prices, claimed that I pay in excess of R2 per voice call even though I get included minutes, and then had the audacity (or is it stupidity) to claim that me data will ONLY roll over once they upgrade my contract. How on earth does Vodacom do business with a company that does business like this with such uneducated people and all while lockdown is in effect!?

I have been trying to get hold of you guys from the 29/03/2020 but I understand of the current situation in the world and country now that I can't get hold of you but I need my contract canceled and i have email 4 more times but no response up to today 07 April 2020.
