Zero customer service

I have 2 products with teljoy, one taken in 2017 and it has reached its 36th month and I have sent multiple emails as to owning the unit with no feedback ...I've always had good service from teljoy I don't know what changed.

Now I app**** for another product and I keep getting emails from the review team that they need documents I've sent those documents more that 10 times and still no feedback as a loyal customer im very dissapointed in you teljoy l.
