We understand your frustration and want to address your concerns regarding your rent to own agreement that should conclude after 36-month period, allowing you to take ownership of the appliances.
As per Teljoy's terms and conditions (clause 2.1), you can take full ownership by providing a 30-day written notice. Alternatively, you can continue renting at a reduced rate, and we will continue to cover risk and maintenance for you.
The reduced rental rate includes the following benefits:
-Risk Coverage: We cover the product in case of theft, fire, and natural disasters.
-Maintenance: We handle any necessary maintenance for the product.
-TV License: If applicable, we cover the TV license fee.
Please note a friendly customer care consultant will contact you promptly to assist with your concerns and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
