Worst service you will ever get from a company
They have the worst service ever. In July I was called and told my account is in arears because of our account is not linked to debit order after a big fight we payed the money and send them the forms for debit order. Just received a call again now telling me that there is no debit order on our account. Apparently NO ONE does any work in those offices. Really not happy with the service we are getting from Teljoy
