Worst service from Teljoy

Teljoy has the worst service I have ever seen. They don't respond to emails and they just start imposing charges on your account which they don't explain to you. I would never get anything from them. Their staff are very lazy that when you are asking them questions they will tell you to hold and then transfer you to another person whilst you don't know.
