worst service ever - dont deliver items when they promise

Worst service ever - I am a new client with them... still waiting for delivery. when i contact Teljoy to find out when my fridge will be delivered their answer was it will be delivered when they want to deliver. i have a small child in my house and been without a fridge for a week and a half now!!!!
