Worst service ever!!!

Honestly the worst service ever! My dishwasher went in for repairs. They have had it for more than a month now. Ryan in the technical department tried to sell me a brand new machine for a great deal, without informing me that I would have to pay for the bargain and the other machine that they will keep and I need to finish paying. I then told Ryan that I just want my other machine back, it's only 1138 to pay for the damages and I really don't want to pay for two machines. he also advised me that this is what they do with all there customers. Great service right? I have also left msg For the manager Mike. my machines are almost paid for and all I feel like doing is canceling everything!!!
