Worst service ever

We have a fridge that has been giving problem since shorty after we purchased it. There has been 4 technicians out to repair everytime a few moths later we sit with the same problem where the fridge does not cool. On Thursday 10/06 a technician was send out i had things in my fridge he worked o. The fridge and now the fridge that did not cool is freezing up even if on 1 and all glass bottles that was in my fridge has burst. This is really horrible service and can not believe that i am receiving this service from teljoy as i was told no one will be responsible for this.
