Worst dishonest supplier
I have a lot of products i took out over aperiod. The last time i upgrated i payed a for new equipment i waited for more than a month before i received my stock. This is not the problem. The problem is we got down sized at work and i cant afford some of the products any more so i send some of them back like they said you can give it back. A few days after it was returend i got a phone call saying that i have to pay in R500 for each item returned wich is not stated in my contrac or told before hand otherwise would have tried to kept the products till 6 months is over because the instalment is less than the pay in fee. I know my account is in arrears due to the fact faulty equipment that do not get fixed. After a big fight i received a call saying they will come colect to broken equipment and fix it my problem with this is that the contract and terms says instelation and repairs get done at your home. The do not even install it for you just drop of and go. No im getting herrased at work and on my cel to pay my acount up to date witch i wil not do till the fix equipment as stated at my house and remove to R500 cancel fee they did not tel me about beforehand.
