Worst customer service in SA
Since apparently we are no longer allowed to add names to reviews, I will reword my review for Teljoy. YOU KNOW WHO never came back to us regarding the amount payable for a nee laptop rental since Oct 2023. This was despite the fact that we immediately sent the courier everything they needed. YOU KNOW WHO is still ignoring us but Teljoy is happy to keep sending payment demands. And have yet to even attempt to salvage the situation. If nothing is done about this, the ombudsman is the next logical option
