Worst customer service, Charity!

Worst customer service award go's to Charity... very rude - and when i asked her, when will they respond to an email we send yesterday - we will get to it, when we get to it... Never in my life have I heard a response to a loyal customer, who has been with them for over 6 years! and we wanted to get a new product, nope - never again, Teljoy - this will be the last item we ever buy from you, with customer service like that!!!! Don't worry Charity, like I told you - I will wait for the email, but how long must we wait?
