Worst Assistance ever !!!!!!!!!!!1

I have been with Teljoy for more than 3 years now, everytime they say that i owe them money and debit a double amount In december without any notice.

I have now booked in my unit for repairs and it has been with teljoy for over a month now. When i phone it, they give me the same feedback, saying that they are waiting for confirmation and parts, bur the next time say the unit is in repairs and have no other feedback.

i am getting sick of their excuses as no one can assist as to where my unit is that i am still paying for........................................the worst assistance ever
