WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

Since my last complaint about Teljoy regarding the cracked TV, they tried replacing it with the same quality which is also cracked. What really puzzles me is that I pay Insurance monthly,,,so why is it difficult for them to replace my cracked unit with a new one, instead of the loan units. To make matters worse, I was debited twice end of July and fortunately I was able to reverse 1 debit order. IM TIRED OF TELJOY!!!!!
