Worse After Sale Service Ever!

So, easy to apply..... But worse after sales service I've experienced in my whole life! Reported my unit to be faulty multiple times on their website, sent them countless emails & Whatsapp's and only got a response when I logged a bad review. They've now collected my unit but it's been over two weeks now and I still do not have the unit back. I'm not getting responses on my emails or Whatsapp's on when the unit will be repaired or returned. In our current situation, I really do not know how companies will survive with this negligent and horrific customer service. I edge anyone that's ever considered to buy from Teljoy keep this experience of mine in mind. I've now contacted my bank and placed a stop order on their debit until i receive the unit. Teljoy will never see me again!!!!!!!
