Won't respond to emails at all. Very poor management

Since my review was removed for naming and shaming a manager who does not reply or read my emails for 3 days I'll post another one. I paid through snap scan and still got debited. YOUR CLIENTS DESRERVE TO KNOW that they will be ignored and will need to wait days before getting a reply. I better get a call back and better get a refund or I'll take legal action against teljoy! I'm over this ****!
