Wonderful service, user friendly website

The human nature is quick to write a long review when we do not like something or when we feel like we have been wronged...

However when we get great service and communication we do not take the time to thank people and/or acknowledge outstanding staff publicly and/or let the company they work for know how excellent the service was that we received.

I know because I do the same. However today I want to change that.

I want to take this moment in time to thank a very professional and pleasant staff member of Teljoy Prenesh Jayichund for assisting me from start to finish with my application.

Prenesh speaks clearly over the phone explaining all T's & C's in full detail and patiently assists you when and where needed. From the first interaction with Prenesh he has been polite, professional and in contact with the process. Not once did I feel the need to follow up on the application as Prenesh will phone me. I also want to highlight a very important fact - every time Prenesh phoned he would first tell me "this is why I am phoning, is this a convenient time to speak" this phrase is so important.

Overall the whole experience has been pleasant and very user friendly / easy.
