I call Teljoy Early March 2021 to confirm when my 36 moths will come to an end

They tell me that i could send an email to have them stop the service 1st of April 2022

I send them the following email on the 8th of March 2022

(ME:) Good day

To whom this may concern.

Please note my 36 month contact with Teljoy will be ending on the 1st of April 2022 and wish not to follow through with any further charges after that. My account number is - ***

I would like to take ownership of my products

Please reply confirming that this action has taken place

Thank you so much for the 30 day notice full ownership will be transferred with no extension.

Now this is where we get to the side of being upset

i see that i have been debited for April and still for May

when calling Teljoy to ask why this is i get to deal with someone that's tone of voice is very sarcastic

when confronting him about his tone and the way he is dealing with the matter he "apologizes"

No email was ever sent to me stating when the last debit date will take place and no email was ever sent stating that i am the owner of the rented equipment

I would like to have the following in writing

When my last debit date was supposed to be (April or May)

And that i am the Owner of this equipment
