Why can't you give negative stars

Useless company in South Africa. Blatantly ignore you and then hand you over cause you lost your job no help from them. When you ask to remove the units they don't. And constantly pester you but never answer emails. I have emailed on website so many times and yet no answer. I will inform as many people as I can not to utilize this company
