What will we have if a business catches covid19-- Teljoy then Vodacom followed closely by Lucid
Trying to communicate with these persons is more than I can handle. I have an excellent credit rating but there seems to be two outstanding amounts. The major serious amount of R294 is on my Teljoy account. Teljoy idiots closed my debit order in August then re-instated (later same month) it but extra payments had to be made to get the account up to date. Payments were made and everything seemed to be in order. According to my latest statements from Teljoy there is no outstanding monies. the teljoy approved credit rating agency on the other hand shows an arrears of R294 on this account and will fix this so called problem for the amount of R1500. I tried to get the correct information from Teljoy but once again they have answers for everything but my Questions. Maybe if they notice this review they will answer my email. One for R4 from vodacom (useless *******) on my daughters account, she was never informed about it and the account has been closed since June. I will never deal with them again. Teljoy approved credit rating agency Lucid will only charge me R1500 to fix this. Is this complaint about Vodacom Teljoy or Lucid? All of them as they all seem to be totally *********** to do a proper days work.
