What a joke - no delivery in Eastern Cape (lets still advertise)

Keeping this short but most definately not sweet!!!!

After being a teljoy client for more than 6 years I am terribly dissapointed in the service I received today.

Yesterday my application was appoved checks were done and i was advised via sms that a consultant will phone me to discuss the delivery of the bed I had ordered and application approved for.

This morning I received the call only to be told but I live in a town where they do not deliver..........uhmmmmm what makes a bed different from a TV and a Washing machience and Xbox (which all of these items previsouly purchased came from Gauteng wherehouses). I cannot see why not, it is part of your service delivery portfolio.... or not? I am sorry, but this is false advertising and promotion, as it does not indicate NO DELIVERY in the EASTERN CAPE - which is think is unfair as you deliver items in our time daily.

I hate the word Pathetic but this discribes the situation at hand.
