What a brilliant customer services representative

I have recently requested for an additional appliance to be added, being for my mother's 70th birthday and the contact I started dealing with was out of office, and then I dealt with Brian who was just so helpful. I received calls at least 3 times a day to provide progress and update on stock to be delivered to the warehouse, etc. His mannerism over the phone is superb and he honestly appears to go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy! Thank you Brian, you are such an asset to Teljoy :)
