We aren't good enough for Teljoy

<p>You know what is sad is the fact that my mother sent an application to Teljoy. Got pre-approved and then recieved a call. Only to tell her that they do not deal with people living in the area she lives because it is too far from the Cape Town branch... Only 110km. She offered to fetch the items she app**** for but yet again it was said they don't deal with the area she resides in. I'm really not sure if I should be disapointed in the treatment she received... If you do not deliver in the area that she lives then what is the problem with her fetching the items? Wouldn't that save you delivery costs? </p> <p>You making people feel unworthy of your service you know. It's really really not nice...</p> <p>The area is probably to rural for you... It's the same when someone asks you for water and you show him to the garden hose just because he's not worthy to drink from your glass...</p>
