Washing machine keeps draining the water and the customer service is horrible!
I have been sending emails and calling no answer from them. I'm renting a Samsung washing machine and it keeps draining the water I've use over 900L of water only from trying to make it work.
I am really upset about the service I get and the faulty product.
I really wish to get a replacement like another make of a washing machine that I can actually work with that are trustworthy.
