Wasching maschine still not fixed

I am having a hard time getting my washing maschine fixed, the technicians have been here, taking it to be fixed, and now my wasching machine sounds like is going to explode at any momemnt, making a very load nois when it spins! Teljoy you are all promises, please sort this problem! Marcel at teljoy is the only person trying to help! I need management to reply asap please!
