WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND MY REFUND

Hi guys. I made a mistake by paying my tax invoice into your account directly and forgot it would be a debit order as I like to keep my payments up to date, I have been struggling to get a hold of anyone in accounts for over a week now as I would like to get my money back please. Everytime I phone, the number just keeps ringing and eventually does not get picked up, and when it does, your employees keep referring me to a different number. When I email you, your email constantly states that you are experiencing a high number of emails but will get back to me. Im STILL WAITING! The debit order did go off which is the same amount as I have paid in so I paid double. I have no issues with the things I am renting and planning on buying, I just need my refund please.
