Very upset

<p>I am a client of teljoy ,I have never had a problem with them till now... i orded a lenovo laptop from them on 11/11/2016 which was a friday but then on the monday i had recieved no feedback i phoned in they said they need a bank statement from me so I did send it to the consultant that was helping me and then through the course of the day i got a call that the lenovo laptop that i wanted which was R259.00 was actually R359.00 it was a error on their websit so I said fair enough it is fine I will still take it had to wait for it to be approved again and they said RAM corriers was going to deliver it which is weird because Teljoy delivered my playstation 4 to me... so by thursday I phoned them again because I recieved no feedback from RAM and the said they will email their logistics team to find out what is going on ... and today is monday 21/11/2016 still no feedback ... I am very dissapointed in both Teljoy and RAM corriers for lack of feedback </p>
