Very reasonable and excellent service after a broken device was delivered.

I recently received a faulty TV, and I didn't have time to open it with the courier to inspect it while he was here. Once I opened it, I saw that the screen had been cracked, and when I set it up, saw that this resulted in one side of the screen being completely non-functional. I sent pictures of this to Teljoy, and they asked me to send them pictures of the box, as well, and when I took the photos, I saw that the box itself was also damaged at exactly the same place as the TV. Technically, they didn't need to exchange the TV for another one, since I had signed off on it already, but they were reasonable and exchanged it for a working unit anyway. I want to thank Teljoy for being one of the good companies in the world. Keep it up.
