very frustrated!!
I am very frustrated at the moment!! I have to have a tv replaced due to theft and everything was approved by Tel joy. They promised me that i would get my new unit within 10-15 working days and it has been almost 30 working days with no response. Every time I phone everyone makes another promise, but they still did not deliver my unit!!! But they are quick to debit my account???????
