VERY DISSAPOINTED

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I never had bad service before...but this time I'm at a loss for words. A month ago i ordered a microwave ....after 2 day's wait i phoned them to find out what was happening. The agent that i spoke to assisted me, but sent me someone else's contact. All personal info!! Address, id, order ....everything!! If i were a bad person i would know exactly where to go and what to look for. Then i thought.....if this happened to someone else who's to say this hasn't happened to my info. So after about 20 calls and a months waiting and threatening .....I'm still waiting on a microwave. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Apparently loyal paying customers does not get treated as such.
