very disappointed new client
I ordered a bed from teljoy and i was approved, i received a message on the 30th of May that the bed was out for dispatch i should expect delivery within 10 working days and i have been waiting ever since! no communication and the 10 working days have passed, i have sent emails i keep getting the same automated response and i have also texted them on whatsapp but they keep saying they will get back to me they are communicating with the courier company but they never get back to me!

20 Jun 2022, 11:44Hello, after this review i received a call from one of your agents saying i sent an email that says they delivered the wrong bed, and i did no such! i havent received any bed and i havent even received any feedback!! what should happen from here onwards? should i just cancel this order? i dont understand now, am i ever going to get the bed? are you guys going to debit me for a bed i never received? i am so confused!!!!!
