Very disappointed and angry over defective product!!

What a disappointment! After such a fast delivery from Teljoy we discovered that the KIC fridge the couriers delivered is not working! Can someone urgently assist with this issue. The freezer is barely getting cold and the fridge is still as warm as it was when we switched it on yesterday. Not even the light inside the fridge works! If you cannot fix this asap, then come and take the fridge back as we're NOT going to pay for a defective product!!!!!
