Very disappointed

I have used teljoy for years but as of late the service I have received has been horrible.. At the end August I paid a payment as per usual but then my bank account was debit for the same amount when we called to find out why we were told they could not refund the month but it would reflect next month and I would not pay.... So September came around and my account was debit again so I called again and was told that my contract is ending December so I would not pay for December.... My last payment will be for November... End of October I received a invoice for November made my last payment and called to say that I would like to own... Only to be told that I must pay for December... My question is where is my credit of Aug.
