Very bad service, its tiring

My washing machine, which is not even 3 months old, that I am renting from TELJOY, stopped working. I requested that they come and fix it on the 30th of June. Finally, they came, but needed to order a part to fix it. After doing a follow-up, they told me they would have to borrow another washing machine since they don't have stock to replace it. They were supposed to deliver on Thursday, but they didn't. When I called Anthony today, he did not give me any information instead he put me on hold for 15 minutes before dropping the line. I called back and had to wait for another 20 minutes, so I'm still in the limbo stage. I would appreciate your assistance
