Very Bad service and false advertising

I have been a client of Teljoys for almost 4 years. I have recently purchased a smart tv and was told they don't have stock yet they are replacing it with a better TV. Just to find out that im Paying more for a cheaper TV they are advertising. I have been phoning, mailing for TWO Months without any feedback. I have also been paying for a faulty bed that i also spend hours on the phone trying to sort it out and NOTHING. They are quick to take new order but customer service is up to ****.
