Very Bad Communication
On the 24th March the signed contract and proof of payment was sent to Thapelo [Email Removed] I was also told delivery will take place on Tuesday (29th). No acknowledgement from Thapelo that the documents was received or not. I also did send an e-mail asking for an ETA on the delivery to arrange for someone to be at home at the time with no reply. Do I have to take a day of from work and wait the whole day for the delivery?

However I do believe that you have been liaising with Thapelo with regards to the delivery of your goods and that this will be sorted out soonest.
