USUAL PATHETIC SERVICE

Where shall I start? So in mid May I logged a call for my washing machine to be fixed (again!). Followed up on Monday and I was informed that they are still waiting for approval. Phoned Wednesday, they are still waiting for approval. Someone will contact me with an update. Phoned this morning and guess what??? The call was closed as it was resolved. The mystery is that I moved into my new house on the 28th of May. No one contacted me to make arrangement or anything!!! So, how can a call be closed if it was not resolved. Insisted that they fix machine today but no promises can be made...
