Upgrade Option a ****!

<p>So Teljoy have an option to upgrade your appliances, when I called this morning to find out more about this option I was horrified with what I discovered. When you do the upgrade, they take your old machine, bring a new one, and you start paying for the new. The catch is they do not give you a cash back or discount on the old item which they have take, and for which you have paid for. This is absolutely disgusting and out-right theft. How on earth can you offer the upgrade option with nothing back from the old appliance?</p>
