Unprofessional service from Teljoy

My experience with Teljoy is leaving a very sour taste in my mouth.

It's been almost a month, and still I have not received my order due to non stock, but was assured it would be delivered latest on the 17th of May.

I phoned numerous times to follow up, and left messages to the relevant consultant to get back to me, but no luck.

Very bad and unprofessional service
