Unprofessional Customer Care

I had a refund that was due to me and I was told by a consultant that it will be done in 7 working days and surprise, surprise, 12 working days later, still no payment, no follow up phone call, no communication whatsoever. When I call them, they give me excuses. Very unprofessional.
