Unfulfilled offer

I am an existing Teljoy customer, and when I tried applying for another product I couldn’t get that product as the limit they offered was low, so my wife app**** for the product and got approved, she was sent the contract and she signed off on everythimg and got a message that she will be contacted in 72 hours….2 weeks have passed and no call from Teljoy. Deeply disappointing service
