UNFAIR LISTING

Dear Teljoy

I have received an email form Chozann Bell stating that my account is in arrears and I need to make payment within 24 hours. The email also states that if I fail to make payment you will collect your goods and my account wil be listed as obsconded.

I fail to understand how have i absconded as the so called person is still in touch with me and have been paying my monthly subscription, worse i intered into an arrangement to bring my arrears up to dat . The email also polite states of possible listing on SAFPS.

For the life of me I cannot understand what SAFPS has to do with a person being in arrears with an account. Please Teljoy explain to me what ***** I have committed for not being able to pay on time. I have never heard of any company listing a person on SAFPS unless they supect the person has committed *****. As a matter of fact please define ***** to me.

Please make me understand how is having personal issues and not being able to pay your account in time related to *****.

I have send an email to Shouneez which was read but no response advising of when I can pay and also asking the very same questions I am asking here. Please Teljoy as serious as the matter is of not paying my account on time, its also a serious matter when you want to list me on SAFPS.

SO AGIAN I ASK WHAT ***** HAVE I COMMITED?
