Unbelievable service - Kavitha Le Roux

<p>This morning I submitted a claim for an item that was ****** during a housebreaking. Kavitha Le Roux handled claim and the replacement will be delivered tomorrow. </p> <p>I am amazed at the service that I have received from Kavitha; she has completely blown me away with her efficiency. I have never received this kind of service from any institution ever before. </p> <p>I work in the customer service industry as well and it does not seem fair that some companies get to have staff like Kavitha.
