Unauthorized Debit Order

<p>I added an aircon unit to my Teljoy account. Teljoy did not explain to me that they would be debiting 2x on my account, 1 debit for the aircon plus the old stuff I have and the 2nd debit order for a pro rata amount for the days between the installation and month end.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do understand that I have to pay and do not have a problem with this, but I was never ever told about the pro-rata amount and due to this I did not have sufficient funds in my bank account, which by the way I use for debit orders only. So, if I must pay R500 there will be R500 in the account... Not R505 or R600 or whatever. Only the amount that will be deducted.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called Teljoy to find out why I wasn’t told I was asked to do the investigation myself as the person on the phone works in customer care department, not sales. I must call the sales department and then speak to a team leader and request the investigation... Why have a customer service department then?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this to be resolved. I don’t have the time to do CS department's work. I am your client and need customer service. Please resolve this...</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not even ask Teljoy to refund the unpaid amount, but I think they should as this was not my fault.</p> <p> </p>
