Unable to deliver what they promise!!!!!
Based on my statement I posted on my bad experience about Teljoy there consultant phoned me about it..or manager not sure...he was quite disappointed in what I've told him especially the deep freezer lights they could not fix..he promise to investigate the matter will come back...and guess what???he never came back it's been more then a mnth now...pls people be aware if you join Teljoy..easyfix...they getting money out if people in need!!!every little fills the bank account

09 Apr 2022, 15:35Hello Desireen, we're sorry for the frustration and appreciate the feedback received. As stated in our T&Cs, we can only cover units up to eight years old. This is because it is usually uneconomical to repair units that are older than this. We can also confirm that our team did issue a larger refund than has been mentioned.
