Teljoy has to be one of the worst companies to deal with….most of the agents are rude and condescending,I finished off paying my account, I was supposed to receive a transfer of ownership letter before the 15th, when I follow up since the 15th is a few days away I get a simple “transfer will be done” no one is giving me an actual timeline and I’ve noticed from other reviews that there’s always an issue with issuing of those letters and also Teljoy continues to bill despite you having paid off that item…better not try that with me…send me the letter and cancel the debit order mandate..

Good day, yes they dialled the correct number, my phone was on do mot disturb hence it couldn’t get through….they can call me anytime thank you
